We thought we could update/collect our W910i but it seemed that it was a wasted trip to Wisma because SONY is as slow as a snail and I could tell by their services. :/ 
The firmwarm wasn't even out yet. Oh well, all of us chose different colours btw. Red,bronze and black! hahahaha.
